Compo-Plug PartFinder — Terms of Service
Operated by: Sheanat Enterprise Business structure: Sole Proprietorship Contact: support.compoplug@gmail.com Effective Date: 13 August 2026 Last Updated: 13 August 2026
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Sheanat Enterprise, the sole proprietorship that operates Compo-Plug PartFinder ("PartFinder", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing, registering for or using PartFinder, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use PartFinder.
2. About PartFinder
Compo-Plug PartFinder is a technology-enabled marketplace discovery platform designed to help users find replacement parts and related products.
The platform may allow:
- Buyers to search for parts
- Sellers to publish listings
- Users to compare available listings
- Buyers to contact sellers
- Sellers to receive enquiries
- Users to submit ratings or reviews
- Sellers to create business/store profiles
- Users to report suspicious listings
- Users to participate in dispute processes
- Businesses to access premium or promotional services
3. PartFinder's Role
PartFinder is primarily a listing, search and discovery platform.
Unless a transaction is expressly completed through a payment or checkout service operated by PartFinder:
- PartFinder is not the seller
- PartFinder does not own the listed part
- PartFinder does not set the seller's price
- PartFinder does not take possession of the part
- PartFinder does not inspect every part
- PartFinder does not guarantee compatibility
- PartFinder does not guarantee authenticity
- PartFinder does not guarantee availability
- PartFinder does not guarantee that a seller will complete a transaction
- PartFinder does not hold money paid directly to a seller
The contract for an offline/direct sale is normally between the buyer and seller.
This marketplace structure is consistent with the approach taken by major marketplace platforms, which distinguish the platform's role from the underlying buyer-seller transaction. Jumia's Ghana marketplace terms, for example, expressly state that the marketplace provides the location for sellers and buyers while the sale contract is between buyer and seller.
4. Eligibility
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You must be legally capable of entering into contracts under the law applicable to you.
- Where a particular service requires users to be 18 or older, you must not use that service if you are below the applicable age.
- We may restrict access to certain services where age verification is legally or operationally necessary.
5. Account Registration
Some PartFinder features may require registration. You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your account information current

- Not impersonate another person or business
- Notify us of suspected unauthorised access
- Accept responsibility for activity carried out through your account where reasonably attributable to you

- Their identity/business information is truthful
- Listings are accurate
- Prices are accurate
- Availability is accurate
- Images are reasonably representative
- Compatibility information is not misleading
- Items are legally owned or authorised for sale
- Listings comply with applicable laws
7. Listing Requirements
A listing should provide sufficient information for a buyer to understand what is being offered. Depending on the category, sellers may be required to provide:
- Product/part name
- Brand
- Model compatibility
- Part number
- Condition
- Price
- Quantity/availability
- Location
- Images
- Relevant seller information
PartFinder may edit, reject, restrict, unpublish or remove listings that violate these Terms.
8. Listing Expiration
PartFinder may cause listings to expire after a defined period, currently intended to be 30 days, unless the listing is refreshed or renewed.
We may modify listing duration in the future. Expired listings may be removed from search results or marked inactive.

- Illegal goods
- Parts that infringe intellectual-property rights

Buyers should independently verify:
- Device model
- Part compatibility
- Part number
- Condition
- Price
- Availability
- Seller identity
- Warranty
- Return terms

- Other sale conditions
PartFinder is not automatically a party to such transactions.
12. WhatsApp and Third-Party Communication
PartFinder may provide a link or button allowing a buyer to contact a seller through WhatsApp.
Once users leave the PartFinder interface and communicate through WhatsApp or another third-party service, those communications are subject to the third party's own terms and policies.
Users should avoid sending passwords, financial credentials or unnecessary sensitive personal information through public or unsecured channels.
13. Payments
PartFinder may offer paid services such as Premium subscriptions, advertising, promoted listings or other platform services.
Where online payment is available, payment may be processed through third-party payment providers.
PartFinder does not normally receive or store complete payment-card details handled directly by the payment provider.

Where PartFinder offers recurring subscriptions:
- The subscription price will be disclosed before purchase.
- The subscription will remain active for the applicable billing period.

- Refunds are subject to the Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
